GROUND FLOOR: The bathroom you don't expect! The ground floor, accessible through the secondary entrance, houses a special bathroom made of a material called Tadelakt (a warm Moroccan plaster) and earthenware floor; the terra cotta color of both materials mixes divinely with the ancient stone from which the tower is entirely made, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The 2-person whirlpool bath is the final luxury touch for total relaxation. FIRST FLOOR: The Room and its portholes! The second floor is dedicated to the bedroom, an intimate and charming environment that will make you feel like you are in a dream. The room is furnished with care and from the portholes as well as from the loopholes turned into windows, you can enjoy a delightful view of the surrounding countryside. SECOND FLOOR: The Kitchen that amazes! The second floor houses the kitchen, a functional and cozy space with a small kitchenette with induction cooktop and retractable hood. Super capacious space-saving refrigerator. Colorful ceramic table with Ottoman chairs and stools. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a main entrance that opens directly into the center of the medieval village, allowing you to explore all of Casperia from a decidedly privileged position! Closing the space is a delightful and functional bathroom serving this floor. THIRD FLOOR: The living room in the pigeonhole! The third floor is dedicated to the living room, a spacious and bright space that features a futon sofa that converts to a bed, a flat-screen TV, a raised reading area and two large windows that provide breathtaking views of the village rooftops and Mount Soratte! The internal structure of the tower, made with antiqued strong iron, Pietra viva and "Briccole veneziane" (precious oak-colored wooden beams, the same ones that support the lagoon of Venice) and requiring a special and complex workmanship creating a magnificent result! Very central location but with the convenience of parking to unload luggage and free parking below.
